The Challenge

It was a challenge to fully understand the entire system, integrate the client's new requirements, and structure everything into a dynamic portal designed for quick and efficient responses to student service inquiries. Our goal was to reduce the workload on phone and email support by 50% with the new portal, ensuring a more streamlined and accessible experience for students and staff.
