About the Project
Connect and Grow organizes events that bring together a large number of speakers, guests, sponsors, and partners. Their previous workflow relied heavily on email communication, scattered information, and Excel sheets, making coordination time-consuming and prone to errors.
The goal of EventeX was to build a centralized system that simplifies organization and delivers a modern, smooth attendee experience.
Studio Present’s Role
Studio Present developed a complete web administration portal and a mobile-first PWA application for attendees. Our work included UX concepts, development, system architecture, QR check-in, AI chatbot integration, and hosting.
