We believe that great teams don’t just build products — they build knowledge, trust, and confidence. That’s exactly what our recent internal workshop, led by our COO, Miloš, was about.
The goal? To help Melanie and Ivan, our sales team, gain a deeper understanding of what we actually do — the complex problems we solve, the types of projects we take on, and the real value we bring to our clients.
During the workshop, Miloš walked the team through several of our active projects and references. For each one, he highlighted the core challenges and how we overcame them — not just from a technical standpoint, but also from the client’s perspective.
Each case served not just as a portfolio piece, but as a real-world story SDRs can relate to when speaking with potential clients.
Another important outcome of the workshop was strengthening trust inside the team. By learning about our technical capabilities and the experience behind our solutions, SDRs are better equipped to present our services — not just as features, but as meaningful answers to client challenges.
To make sure this knowledge is always accessible, we’ve recorded the workshop. SDRs can revisit it whenever they want to dive deeper into a specific project.
A big thank you to Miloš, our COO, for leading the workshop and sharing his expertise with clarity and depth.
We appreciate the SDR team’s dedication to deepening their understanding of our work, enabling more meaningful conversations with future clients.
Workshops like these remind us that knowledge sharing isn’t just helpful — it’s essential.
